Push fit plumbing fittings are hugely popular and are a credible and well known alternative to more traditional fittings. These push-fit fittings are easy and quick to fit and dont require any specialist plumbing tools. The speed of connecting pipes is much quicker than other fittings and they work by simply pushing the pipe into the fitting to create a watertight seal. There are several pushfit plumbing fitting manufacturers each with their own unique way of connecting pipe, but essentially the mechanics of how they work is very similar.
