Key Technology and Features
Runxin valves are built around a patented end face sealing structure
- Ceramic Discs: A high-precision ceramic moving disc and a fixed synthetic-material disc form the seal, ensuring long-lasting, corrosion-resistant performance.
- Pressure Operation: The valve can be operated even under line pressure because the two smooth sealing plates can rotate against each other without significantly increasing torque.
- No Raw Water Bypass: The valve automatically blocks the outlet pipe during regeneration or cleaning cycles, ensuring untreated water doesn't enter the system.
Control Types
- Manual Valves: Operated by a handwheel or lever. They are a simple, low-cost option for systems where regeneration is initiated manually.
- Automatic Valves: Controlled by a digital display and buttons. They offer two types of automatic regeneration.
- Time Clock: Initiates cleaning at a set time, regardless of water usage.
- Meter/Flow Control: Initiates cleaning based on the actual volume of water treated, which is more efficient for the systems with fluctuating water usage.
