RUNXIN F112B1
RUNXIN F112B1
The Runxin F112B1 is a high-capacity automatic multi-port filter valve designed for industrial water treatment systems. This valve operates with a time clock (timer) that automates the backwashing and rinsing cycles for media filters, such as sand and activated carbon.

Primary Applications
The F112B1 is designed for commercial and light industrial applications that require reliable, high-flow filtration. Common uses include:
- Industrial Pre-treatment: Often used as the first stage for Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
- Media Filtration: This method is ideal for high-flow sand filters, activated carbon filters, and anthracite coal filters.
- Iron & Manganese Removal: Used in systems designed to oxidize and filter out heavy metals.
- Swimming Pool Filtration: Suitable for large-scale commercial pool filtering equipment.
Three Working Modes:
- Service: Normal filtration mode.
- Backwash: The water flow is reversed to lift and clean the filter media.
- Fast Rinse: Clears the media bed and flushes any remaining debris to the drain before returning to service.
Key Features
- Hermetic Head Faces: The valve utilizes a high-degree ceramic, corrosion-resistant gasket for opening and closing, ensuring a reliable seal and long service life.
- Hydraulically Balanced Piston: Unlike smaller rotary valves, the F112 series often uses a balanced piston design to switch between flow passages (Service, Backwash, Fast Rinse).
- ABS Reinforced Body: The valve body is constructed from ABS plastic reinforced with 10% glass fiber, providing high impact resistance and chemical stability.
- No Hard Water Bypass: During the rinsing cycle, the valve is designed so that no untreated water passes through to the outlet (in single-tank setups).
- Power Failure Memory: In the event of a power outage, the valve retains its programmed parameters for up to 3 days (72 hours).
- Interlock Function: Allows multiple valves in a system to communicate so that only one valve is in regeneration/backwash at a time, maintaining consistent system pressure.
- Signal Output: Includes a connector for external equipment (such as a pump or solenoid valve) to synchronize with the valve’s status.
- Remote Control: Features a remote handling input that allows the valve to be triggered by an external PLC or computer signal.
- Key Lock: Buttons automatically lock after one minute of inactivity to prevent accidental setting changes.
- Rinsing Frequency: Users can program the valve to perform multiple backwash and fast rinse cycles within a single service period (Setting F-00).
