RUNXIN F67B1
RUNXIN F67B1
The Runxin F67B1 is an automatic, multi-functional flow control valve designed primarily for water filtration systems. It is commonly used in both residential and industrial settings for applications such as reverse osmosis pre-treatment (sand or carbon filters), pool filtration, and demineralization.

- Mounting Base: 2.5"-8NPSM
- Riser Pipe: 1.05" Outside Diameter
- Filter Tank: 6" - 14"
Primary Applications
- Residential Water Filtration: Removing sediment, chlorine, or odors.
- RO Pre-treatment: Protecting Reverse Osmosis membranes by filtering out large particulates using sand or carbon media.
- Industrial Cooling: Filtering water for cooling towers or process water.
Three Working Modes:
- Service: Standard water filtration mode.
- Backwash: Reverses water flow to lift the filter bed and flush out trapped sediment through the drain.
- Fast Rinse: Rinses the filter media in the normal flow direction to settle it back down before returning to service.
Key Features
- Hermetic Head Faces: Uses high-degree pottery and corrosion-resistant ceramic discs for the opening and closing mechanism, ensuring a reliable, leak-proof seal.
- Service & Maintenance Cycles: Automatically manages three stages: Service, Backwash, and Fast Rinse.
- LED Dynamic Display: Features a digital screen with a flashing stripe indicating the valve is in "Service" mode; otherwise, it displays the current rinsing cycle.
- Manual Override: Allows you to start an immediate backwash cycle at any time with a button press.
- Power Outage Protection: Includes a built-in capacitor that saves settings for approximately 3 days during a power failure.
- Safety Locks: Buttons automatically lock after one minute of inactivity to prevent accidental changes in settings.
- Interlock Function: If you have multiple valves in a system (parallel or series), this function ensures only one valve is in the rinsing cycle at a time to maintain consistent water pressure and flow.?
- Adjustable Rinsing Frequency: You can program the valve to perform multiple backwashes or fast rinses within a single service cycle if the water quality is particularly poor.
