RUNXIN F77BS

The RUNXIN F77BS is a high-flow, manually operated multi-port valve designed for industrial and commercial water filtration systems. It is recognized for its simple, durable construction and utilizes a ceramic disc control system to manage the backwashing and rinsing cycles of filters, all without the need for electricity.

Specification

  • Valve Type: Manual Multi-Port Filter Valve
  • Flow Capacity: 15 m³/h
  • Mount Type: Top Mount
  • Inlet/Outlet Size: 2" Male Thread
  • Drain: 2" Male Thread
  • Riser Pipe: 1.5" D-GB (50m OD)
  • Water Turbidity: <20 FTU
  • Working Pressure: 0.2 - 0.6 MPa (2 - 6 bar)
  • Water Temperature: 5°C - 50°C (41°F - 122°F)
  • Mounting Base: 4"-8UN
  • Filter Tank: 10" - 30"

Primary Applications

Due to its high flow rate and durable manual design, the F77BS is used in situations where simple reliability and control are required:

  • Industrial pre-filtration for larger facilities.
  • Commercial de-ironing (iron removal) systems.
  • Point-of-entry (POE) whole-home filtration for large residences or small communities.
  • Mobile or temporary water treatment setups where electrical connections are not available.

Operational Modes

The valve follows a specific flow path to maintain the filter media (such as sand, activated carbon, or manganese sand):

  • Service: Normal operation; water is being filtered.
  • Backwash: Water flows upward through the filter media to lift, clean, and reclassify it. This position flushes accumulated dirt and debris to the drain.
  • Fast Rinse: Water flows downward to settle the media bed and rinse away any remaining fine particles before returning to service.

Key Features

  • Dual Valve Cores: It utilizes a unique internal structure where one core controls the inlet and the other controls the outlet, allowing for high flow efficiency and no water bypass during the rinsing cycle.
  • Installation Versatility: The valve is natively a Top Mount design but can be converted to Side Mount using a specific side-mounted connector.
  • Durability: The ceramic moving parts are resistant to wear and chemical corrosion, extending the valve's life significantly compared to traditional rubber-sealed valves.
  • Manual Operation: It requires no electricity, making it ideal for remote locations or systems where automated control is not necessary.
